I just finished my nightly bowl of chicken picante ramen...only one of those left, eeps! My roomie picked up Mario Tennis for the Wii today, so the night was spent watching peeps play that, myself playing Hellgate:London, and talking to Stacey.
What an exciting person I am. Do they give Nobel Prizes for Excitingness? At leave give me an Emmy for Best Exciting Mood in Excitingfully Exciting Moments.
Spring Break was a thriller...got our big snow of the season, and essentially did nothing (homework was obviously out of the question). I got some nice formal clothes for interviews and stuff, whenever that happens. Real life rings the doorbell, I hide under the bed until it goes away.

So, things have been going all right. It's been awhile since I have posted, and I'm into my last semester at Etown (can anyone say "QQ?"). Things have been going pretty well.
Classes are (mostly) running smoothly. I'm not a big fan of badminton (mostly because I am awful at it; apparently depth perception is a lot more important than I first thought, as I usually am swinging at air and missing the shuttle), so hopefully archery will be more enjoyable (probably the main reason why I chose that class).
My Word, Web, and Design class is pretty enjoyable, especially because most of the class revolved around projects of various sorts. Most of them have us emulate and complete a certain design, while the professor also has us do a couple of bigger self-designed projects. These projects have us utilize the main Adobe CS3 creative apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design). I seem to have a handle on that stuff, so the class shouldn't be too difficult.
Next is Children's Lit. I like this class because I know the texts we read will never be too long or difficult (makes me reminisce on my own childhood when I used to actually enjoy reading). We also get the opportunity to start designing a rough draft of our own children's stories in different formats (ie the last one had us create the text/illustrator for the first page of a pictured lullaby story), and we will then expand on a couple of those for bigger projects.
Last but not least is Philosophy of Sci-Fi. A free elective, this class is kinda like the "Philosophy Through Film" class I took last semester (same prof), but we read sci-fi stories instead of watching movies. Most of the stories are pretty interesting (reading a couple of Philip K. Dick classics now), although many seem to be "out there," and leave us to our own interpretations. The class is lengthy, 3 hours, and I usually find myself overwhelmed, faced with "What is real" and "Are we robots" and all that sort of stuff.
In the mix of these classes, I've also been continuting to copy edit for the college paper, which has been going well (check out the paper, the Etownian, online). Also, Stacey has been busy with classes, as well as grad school stuff (News Flash: she got accepted to UPenn today!), but of course we've had time to hang out.
Game-wise, I have been playing a couple new titles, including "Titan Quest," "Need for Speed Underground," and "Hellgate London" (yes I know their online servers were shutdown, but the single player is just as fine for me). The first is an action RPG, the second racing, and I would probably define the third as a shooter RPG. All three are pretty sweet; maybe I'll talk about them individually later.
As for now, I guess I'll head off. It's 5 a.m., and I'm busy not sleeping. Circadian rhythms, beware...Ciao.

Steps into the blog space, dusts off the lying Intercobwebs.
So it's been awhile, hasn't it? Everytime I come back and say I'll be constantly updating it, I end up leaving it be for a couple of months. I so sorries!
Anyways, I'm well into my fall semester. Classes are going ok, albeit it's keeping me busy. From working on a screenplay (currently ~65 pages) to rhetoricalizing, it's never a dull moment. The film philosophy course is cool though. We're not really watching Hollywood films, but more films that were made well and have a nice philosophic message. 2001 and Solaris were both sci-fi, and mad crazy. This week we had watched Ikiru, which was pretty good (unfortunately I was really tired that day, and might have dozed off once or twice for a little bit).
Next semester is my last here at Etown. The courses I am thinking of taking include: "Word, Web, & Design," "Writing Children's Lit," "Philosophy of Science Fiction" (same prof/time as the philosophy course I'm taking now), and I think "Archery/Badminton" for a one-credit course. Hopefully it's a fun and more relaxing semester for my last. Then comes the hardest course - Life. Eeps!
Anyways, I hope I can at least remember to update this some. I know a post I was thinking of doing was on going through all the games I have an icon for on my desktop. Who knows, I'll see. Ciao ciao!

What a surprise, temporarily abandoned once again. I so sorry! It's not like I try to ignore you, el bloggie, I just don't make updates. Simple enough.
Still unemployed, where is the summer going?!?!?! Anybody wanna hire me out to play WoW for them while they are out on the real world? No? Ok...
At the moment, nothing much is going on. Dealing with the various bug bites and poison ivy I've gotten from outdoor work, while trying to deal with the el parentinos indoors. A bum really has it tough these days...that sonofabeeswax opportunity likes to try and knock. I'd rather not answer the door.
On the good side, my gf is coming to visit at the end of next week, just in time to see the season premieres of Monk and Psych, woopie! Good times...
In the gaming world, Blizzard Entertainment has announced their newest title...Diablo 3! Now comes the fun part when people try to guess the rest of the new classes (the two announced include the Barbarian and Witch Doctor). Each class will have the option to choose male or female, as I assumed. I think I'll probably pick it up when it comes out, and maybe hold out on Starcraft 2 for awhile, as RTS isn't really a strength of mine.
Since last post here, I have played plenty of games, some of which I was going to make a blog post about. However, that requires a certain amount of work - a tough plexiglass notion to crack. I think the first game would have been Earthbound, a pretty unique NES RPG title starring good 'ol Ness. No, you aren't fighting orcs or demonic equestrians. Enemy fights include piles of puke, diverse UFO's, dinos, and little puff ball enemies that were the main source of my experience gain. Wield such weapons as baseball bats, frying pans, and crazy gadgets to defeat your enemies. With enough PSI power, decimate your opponents with fire, cold, and mind. The games heroes - Ness, Paula, Jeff, and Poo (Prince Poo to be more exact), will travel through urban areas, desert, and even prehistoric times to defeat Giygas. Most important, honor thy Mr. Saturn. Enjoy.
Anyways, finally getting a haircut tomorrow after who knows how many months with a mop on my head. Wohoo. Since I'm a bit too excited right now, I'm gunna call it quits. Who knows, maybe I'll even do another update within a month!

So it's summer (but not really summer 'til like 10 days), and things are going ok for now. This past weekend was fun, cause I went to visit Stacey as part of a regular visit and in celebration for her 21st that just occured yesterday. Now we can get sloppy drunk and go gambling in the casinos together, wahoo! The only complication in that is the fact that we don't drink nor gamble, so we'll just have to make a few adjustments in that plan.
I'm not sure if it's lingering allergies or something else, but my nose and eyes have been bothering me, attempting to cause a breakdown of my moral character and create a hellspawn shadow of my past, haunting my daily suspicions that live in Summerdale and slay vampiric figures with Buffy. See, it's happening already!
Sadly, I have been taking a little break from Youtube just because. Maybe it's nothing more than apathy, but I was on it a lot during the school year, so I'm just taking a step back. I did come on and watch many of the videos from the 678 Midwest Gathering this past weekend, which were all great and seemed like people had a lot of fun. Hopefully I'll make a video sometime soon, just so it doesn't look like I'm completely out of the loop. I think I learned to keep away from doing vlogs as much as possible, as they don't tend to be desirable to watch or listen.
In the gaming world, I am playing a couple of different ones. On the SNES, I am once again playing Lufia II (Rise of the Sinistrals). I found out that if you beat it, you can choose to replay the game, getting 4x the experience and gold (beating it that way will unlock the option to take any 4 characters in the game into the Ancient Tunnels). I've also been playing some Earthbound, a very quirky and enjoyable RPG starring everyone's favorite bat-wielding PSI-blasting hero, Ness. I'm not too far in because of the powerleveling and powergolding on Lufia II.
At one point, I was playing a couple of different Dreamcast games, such as the Sonic Adventure series, Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2, and my favorite, Vigilante 8: Second Offense (which pays an homage to the Interstate 76 game on the PC - cars and weapons). I am also playing a couple of different PC games, namely the alpha version of Median XL (Diablo 2 mod) and FlashFlashRevolution (4th Official Tourney brought me back in). For anyone interested in Diablo 2, a little birdie (aka the Internet) told me a new ladder season is starting June 17.
Anyways, I don't really have anything else to say. Hopefully I'll actually get a life [read: job] soon enough, but for now I'll sit on my unemployed butt and enjoy sleeping in/waking up late. After all, that's why summer was invented, right?

So yeh, totally just didn't update this again. I'm so cool.
Anyways, this'll probably just be a short update. It's finals week, so you know it's gotta be a good time here. I've got three finals tomorrow, and one on Friday. Still, the ones tomorrow probably won't be as tough as the one on Friday; we'll see about that. I didn't really study much for these, but I think I can wing it enough to get by (Graphics, Audio, Sales).
Hmm, anything else? I thought Lost this week was pretty boring, but there was some good backstory so I guess it passes. I missed Top Chef, but I'm sure it's on 50 million times, so it's no problem.
Hey, anyone wanna come and take a Chaucerian final on Friday? Any takers?
