Summer Sanity

Hey there, seems like it's been a little while since a blog entry. For that, this one shall be semi-short, or as short as I can make it while explaining how long it'd end up being.

So as for the school semester that just passed, I did all right - 3 A's and a B- in Chaucer. It's Dean's List material, so I'm fine with that, especially since I had no idea how I was gunna do in Chaucer. Next semester I have to take this seminar in Rhetoric Theory (to finish up my major), so I have a feeling that will take the spot as my hard class. Other classes include Digital Media Convergence, Script & Screenwriting, and Philosophy of Film and Lit (free elective there). So yeh, I'll actually get to take some writing classes again. Wohoo.

Other than that, this summer has been pretty uneventful. I should be out getting a job, but I'm delaying that like there is no tomorrow. Oh I'm such a swell person, swell swell swell. My lawn is about the swallow anybody that enters it, so I better get to taking care of that soon enough.

My sweetums is currently in China, near the end of her 2-week stint for college credit. It seems like she had a pretty good time, although she has admitted it's not a place she would normally live in for the amount of people living there (she has been in Beijing for most of the time), and she's not too fond of Chinese food, so that might contribute. She comes back in a couple of days, then I shall visit her next month for her 21st, wooticles.

Well, I guess this'll be it for now. Hopefully at some point I do something exciting, but for now it's all la-de-da. Take care, peace.
